These sessions are well rounded strength and conditioning classes focusing on speed, agility, strength training, and injury prevention drills to create a stronger, more conditioned, more durable athlete.
High School/Middle School Age - Younger Ages May Attend with Coach Consultation
A customized schedule can be created for groups of 4 or more.
$150/month unlimited classes and personal program - $125/month unlimited classes - $100/month 5 classes per monmth
