A native of Rochester, NY, grew up playing AAA youth hockey winning 3 state championships and a national bronze medal. He made USA National Camp his 14 and 17 years, and was all-county in high school playing in 2 Bowman Cup All-Star games for Team Rochester.
He was listed on the 2012 NHL Central Scouting Draft List before being drafted in the USHL. He played most of his Jr A hockey in the NAHL with the Wenatchee Wild on the west coast playing 145 games where he served as an assistant captain. He then returned home to play 4 years of NCAA college hockey at Nazareth College where he majored in Biomedical Sciences, was awarded NCAA National player of the week, and was the leading scorer his junior and senior years. He later went on to sign his first pro contract with the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL, an affiliate of the Dallas Stars, and ended in the Southern Pro league averaging a half a point a game with the Macon Mayhem in 2020.
Since playing, he now works in healthcare sales and has stayed in the game as a trainer. He assists Relentless Hockey as a player development coach and completed his first head coaching season with the Monroe County Eagles Squirt Minor Travel team. The squirt team won 3 tournament championships and their league championship, while competing with the best teams in NY.
